I was at a meeting of a group to which I belong on Saturday because I needed a place to hang until my ride arrived.  Please keep in mind that I was there out of need more than want.  Anyway, a couple of the attendees were discussing things that could make our group a little better.  I have the ability and the equipment to provide those needs, but I didn’t say anything because of my interesting schedule.

Another member spoke up and said, “Marcie hasn’t said anything.” And, I hadn’t. The member said,  “Well, she can do it.” That was an honor to share my skills and abilities, but my time and cashflow say otherwise.

I just wanted to share this because it annoyed me immensely, and I blog to release my frustrations.  Also, I could have said something, but for what? I knew I wasn’t going to do it when the person was speaking.
