Mis-Education of the Negro
As we approach Black History Month, I had two thoughts:
1. Should I start a book discussion on Dr. Carter G. Woodson’s Mis-Education of the Negro on of my blogs?
2. Will the Chicago Chapter of the Association for the Study of African American Life and History (ASALH) have any events in Dr. Woodson’s honor? I’m going to contact the person listed to find out.
I’m going to see if I can fit this project into my already busy schedule. It’s highly unlikely, but it sounds good.
